DOE Genesis Mission (Autonomous Topology Control at Scale): Led product architecture for the joint DOE initiative with Los Alamos National Lab, Univ. of Virginia, and Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC). Defined data contracts and specs for reinforcement learning models to dynamically switch grid components and eliminate congestion in real time. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Delivery: Owned multi-quarter AI/ML roadmaps, user stories, release criteria, compute budgets, and business cases for utility-scale applications. Architecture & MLOps: Partnered with ML and power systems engineers to deploy robust ETL pipelines, feature stores, and low-latency serving across hybrid cloud and edge. Roche ran two digital ecosystems that had grown independently: the Navify Cloud Platform for healthcare professionals, and the Diabetes Care platform for patients and connected devices. Each had its own identity stack, DevOps process and governance - which meant duplicated infrastructure, Okta licensing exposure, inconsistent authentication flows and compliance risk in a GDPR and HIPAA environment. I owned the product layer across two squads: DC2 (4 backend engineers, 1 QA) on identity, DC3 (6 DevOps engineers) on platform. What I led: Full Okta to Keycloak migration across 10+ regulated healthcare applications, removing vendor lock-in and duplicated identity infrastructure. A consolidated RBAC model: multi-tenant segmentation, token lifecycle, OAuth2 and OIDC flows, redirect logic, webhook-driven identity events, SDK and API definitions for product teams, and GDPR-compliant audit logging. Release governance where there had been none - environment promotion gating (Sandbox to QA to Production), penetration-test remediation backlogs, release validation checkpoints, and an 80/20 operational-to-improvement capacity model for DevOps. Knowledge transfer under restructuring. The Santa Clara team held most of the undocumented IAM and pipeline knowledge and was being phased out. I ran forced handover sessions, shadow ownership and accelerated architecture documentation before their exit - the reason the migration survived the reorganisation. AWS cost dashboards, Grafana observability, Istio and Kubernetes upgrade governance, and log migration from Datadog to Grafana, across teams in the US, EU and India. The hardest part was not technical. It was stabilising delivery while the organisation underneath it was being rebuilt. Stack: Keycloak, Okta, OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, JWT, mTLS, Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, Terraform, Istio, ArgoCD, GitLab, Grafana, Datadog, Jira, Confluence, SAFe

Owned two AI platforms end to end across corporate lending and risk, leading a cross-functional team of 10 spanning data science, backend and frontend engineering, DevOps, QA, and risk and compliance. AI-Driven Loan Intelligence Platform Corporate credit assessment ran on spreadsheets and averaged over 30 days per approval. Rebuilt it as an AI decision system: ML predictive credit scoring, NLP parsing and sentiment analysis over annual reports and legal filings, and Explainable AI feature attribution via SHAP and LIME. Approval time cut from 30+ days to under 2 days 70% of manual credit risk reviews automated Fraud detection accuracy improved 85% over baseline Underwriter adoption of AI recommendations up 30% once explainability shipped; analyst productivity up 25% 99.9% uptime SLA held with sub-2-second risk dashboard latency AI-Powered Risk Analytics Platform Real-time portfolio monitoring with position-level transparency, cross-asset exposure analysis, and interactive stress testing under ECB, Basel III and FRTB. Regulatory and delivery governance 100% audit readiness across MiFID II, Basel III, GDPR and ECB, achieved by translating every regulatory obligation into a traceable user story backed by immutable decision logs and snapshot versioning of model outputs Full ECB compliance documentation package delivered in 9 working days under an emergency audit request, zero findings Sprint velocity up 35% and delivery predictability up 28% through SAFe ART alignment with WSJF and MoSCoW prioritisation Where I sat: product and delivery layer.
