Context : SIPRA, a leading Ivorian group in the food industry, plans to establish a new information system (JD Edwards) to enhance its operational management. The objective of this system is to cover all functional areas of the company and enable their seamless interfacing for improved efficiency. Tasks : - Analysis of the client's needs and constraints and study of existing processes. - Writing of functional specifications. - Participation in the functional design of the solution with the development teams. - Validation and acceptance of deliverables provided by the technical teams. - Evaluation and continuous improvement of the implemented solution.

Context : Elaboration and Deployment of a change management repository for five projects from the National Strategic Plan (NSP). The mission follows an agile change management approach, centered around construction, collaboration, experimentation, and anchoring, with a focus on the three main levers: coaching, training, and communication. Tasks : - Facilitation of workshops on the various projects. - Assessment of impacts on stakeholders and associated risk areas. - Development of the communication strategy and plan. - Implementation of the communication plan. - Development of target processes using BPMN. - Preparation of operating modes and procedures. - Development of the training strategy. - Development of training manuals. - Identification of blocking points and development of recommendations.

Context : In order to upgrade the company to meet the new operational needs brought about by sustained growth and rapid expansion in the region, VECTORYS LOGISTICS is launching a project to overhaul the cornerstone of its information system in order to structure the company's processes and gain operational efficiency. Tasks : - Process analysis - Organization of business process collection workshops. - Collection and analysis of logistics data. - Modeling of target processes in BPMN format using VISIO. - Identification of solutions and evaluation of their feasibility - Organization of workshops for the restitution and validation of processes. - Elaboration of the Master Data. - Functional testing. - Collection of feedbacks and follow-up of corrections.

Context : Optimize cutting plans and production order (PO) scheduling to improve ERP performance. Tasks : - Analysis of existing cutting schemes and development of guidelines to improve cutting plan efficiency and minimize material waste. - Development of prioritization criteria for order scheduling to reduce waiting times and improve execution speed. - Analysis of production flows and proposal of solutions to reduce bottlenecks in the supply chain. Collaboration with operational teams and analysts to integrate optimized rules into the ERP system. - Regular performance evaluation and adjustment of rules for continuous process improvement.

Context : Assistance to the Ministry of Social Affairs for the implementation of the AMEN platform for the management of needy and limited income families. Tasks : - Collection and analysis of business needs. - Preparation for testing and piloting of functional testing. - Writing of user guides. - Collection of feedbacks and follow-up of corrections. - Collection and consolidation of deliverables.

Context : The Tunisian Post has decided to carry out a support project for the restructuring of the logistics activity in order to meet the challenges brought about by the evolution of the postal and logistics activity at the local and international levels. Tasks : - Diagnosis of the logistics and transport services of the Post Office. - Analysis of postal activity and calculation of forecasts for the next 5 years. - Analysis of resources and skills dedicated topostal logistics. - Proposal of improvement projects. - Interviews with key stakeholders of the project. - Assistance in the drafting of deliverables.
