Team: 5 Adneom consultants Achievement: The team was responsible for the centralization of the client's information on a web platform related to AML and KYC requirements. Tasks: – Collect & analyze clients' data and basic financial information required by Luxemburgish law – Load the data into the platform – Reporting & Tracking Mission 2: Context: 1 month, Macq, Belgium, Data Scientist. In a project "Smart cities" Macq is a company that collect data from the traffic. Thanks to these data they can determine: the quality of the traffic, if there was a traffic offense and who did it, Team: 1 Adneom consultant + 1 freelance Achievement: Data analysis. Based on extracted data from cameras, I had to determine the motorists' behavior, the quality of the traffic and predict it by using a machine learning method. Tasks: – Data mining: collect, clean, transform and interpret data. – Creation of relevant and intelligible variables. – Standard definition to interpret the data. – Predictions (Machine Learning) – Dashboarding

Team: 2 Dutch speaker interns and 1 French speaker intern Achievements: Development of a tracking technology in order to leverage client's relationship, boost the sales and improve the efficiency of the marketing tools. Tasks: – Evaluation of the feasibility of the project and investment analysis (calculation of future cash-flows, of the value created and return on the investment) – Make the best technical choices based on the investment analysis: suggestion to implement the innovation in the client's IT structure by using an API instead of creating new relations and breaking down old ones which is more expensive – Prediction of the behavior of customer during their shopping with R studio to build a machine learning method – Translate technical results and processes to business implications
