 Plans and manages technology infrastructure projects to ensure the company’s systems and network are secure and high performing.  Manages staff responsibility for building and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.  Monitors and analyzes system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.  Works with other departments to determine technology needs and develop solutions to support business goals.  Develops and manages the IT budget, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are allocated appropriately.  Provides technical guidance and support to staff and clients on issues related to infrastructure.  Ensures disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly. Design, implement, and manage updates, upgrades, additions, and retirements of on-premises business application systems, adhering to ITIL 4 best practices.  Rigorously test new systems in lab environments, devise deployment plans, and gain CAB Approval before Production deployment. • Ensure constant vigilance over virtual and physical servers, HCI environments, and networks, addressing alerts promptly. • Oversee administration of all IT systems, maintaining organizational health and security. • Manage licensing for cloud services, business applications, certificates, domains, operating systems, and third-party software for security and support. • Develop and update documentation, including policies, procedures, and techniques for applications, servers, networks, and security. • Lead complex troubleshooting, seeking improvements throughout the IT infrastructure. • Take the lead in major initiatives, changes, and deployments, engaging vendors and contractors responsibly.

1. Administrate the Domains (Prod. and DR, Staging). 2. Manage DNS and DHCP and the Windows Group Policy. 3. Administrate MS Hyper-V (Create, move, Export, delete VMs, Create VSwitches, manage Checkpoints, apply PowerShell scripts…) 4. Administrate VMware VCenter (Create, Export, restore, move, delete VMs, Create VSwitches, manage Checkpoints, Upgrade ESXI,…) 5. Manage the MS Hyper-V Failover Cluster and the storage attached by maintaining (RAM,CPU and Storage) in a good health state. 6. Disaster Recovery design and arrangements / Egypt Backup managing (Endpoints Veritas DLO, Veritas NetBackup, IBM Tape library). 7. Administrate and manage the Symantec Antivirus EDR, Netwrix Auditor, and Symantec DLP. 8. Evaluate and study using RADAR any new enhancement to infrastructure environment by upgrading, patching or implementing new office automation solutions and services to comply with bank policy. 9. Apply manual and automatic windows patching (windows updates) on all the Servers in every Domain (Production and DR , Staging), Patch and mitigate Vulnerability after SOC Scan. 10. Administrate the VMware Workspace one MDM Solution (Push client packages updates, Windows updates, manage devices PCs and mobile, Export Reports..) 11. Working with ITSM ticketing system to T.S technical and software issues on Servers across all the domains, Maintain the Servers high availability and always on service. 12. Administrate and Manage the SCOM (create the monitor services and monitor the availability and running processes on chosen serves and aligning with the server owners). 13. Manage the SCCM, generate reports and apply endpoint patches, activate OSD. 14. Listen to the Dynatrace notification events and take actions to maintain the 24/7 servers good health (Storage, Ram, CPU). 15. Administrating the SFTP/FTPS client-server application. 16. Manage Bank internal or public SSL certificate renewal/issuing.

 Installing & Configuring Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2 & Windows Server 2008.  Administrate VMware and SAN storage.  Installing & Configuring Cisco Switches, Cisco IP Telephony.  Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.  Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.  Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet.  Handling incoming incidents via the phone / e-mail promptly and effectively.  Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues.  Escalating issues where necessary to superiors.  Investigating and implementing ways of reducing major issue in IT.  Ensuring that all issue are captured and entered in the logging software.  Updating support documentation.  Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environment.  Maintain all local IT, networks, servers, Laptops, computers, printers, scanners, and consumables.  Manage and resolve issues as part of the IT support team.  Manage users and group within the Active Directory.  Under supervision, provide servers backup and restore database servers.  Create reports on hardware & consumable status.  Troubleshoot issues with the fingerprint machines.

 Provide server administration, backup/restore, and recovery services.  Provide Windows/ Linux support to include installation and configuration management services, file system management, memory management, tape management, printer management, and system security services.  Ensure production systems maintain a very high availability.  Perform root cause analysis on any unscheduled downtime.  24x7 technical support for optimum server performance and system recovery in compliance with Army Regulations.  Maintain the centralized/ virtualized hardware, networks, operating systems, databases, and the SAP in Data Processing software landscape, and as needed, update the associated technical and security documentation.  Provide technical support and planning of hardware, networks, operating systems, databases, and communications solutions.  Monitor server performance and identify needed corrective measures to remain in compliance with Army Regulations.  Analyze hardware and software reliability reports to identify problems.  Plan for future technical/ hardware/ software refreshes.  Plan, configure, and maintain hardware and software needed for a remote site in accordance with Contingency of Operation (COOP) requirements.  Provide support for HP Enterprise Servers, Windows 2008 and 2012 Server, HP Enterprise Virtual Array, Brocade fiber switches, HP Enterprise Data Protector backup software.  Plan, support, migrate to, and maintain a secure and optimized VM environment

 Maintaining the IPsec VPN connection between Branches and HQ using Cisco ASA and Sophos UTM in the HQ through ADSL and leased lines internet with Backup 3G connections.  Responsible for managing TMG server, Cisco ASA and Sophos UTM for different Network, firewall and web Filtering Policy.  Responsible for HQ Cisco Switches and Sophos UTM Wireless access points solution management  MS Domain administrator, manage file share servers and permissions.  Citrix Server administrator, create and manage MS Hyper-V VMs.  Working with Microsoft Lync 2010 Environment to provide full IP and analog voice integration and IVR services.  Maintaining servers on different Virtualizations environment [Oracle VM, Microsoft Hyper-V with Virsto Integration].  Maintaining Virtual Desktop Applications on Citrix environment.  Responsible for Kaspersky Antivirus Server and Backup solutions with NAS storage.
