Modernised delivery for public-sector & e-commerce clients. Containerised Spring-Boot and SAP Hybris services, then shipped them to Kubernetes with Helm-driven GitLab CI/Jenkins pipelines, shrinking release cycles and enabling blue-green / canary roll-outs. Built a production-grade observability stack. Deployed Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki and Fluent Bit, added SLO-based Alertmanager rules, and provided real-time dashboards that cut mean-time-to-resolution for Topnet & Orange Tunisie. Hardened API management for banking. Designed a WSO2 layer for CFG Bank with JWT auth, rate-limiting and threat-protection policies that met strict compliance requirements. Enabled culture change. Ran hands-on Kubernetes, CI/CD and incident-response workshops for ministry and telecom engineers, ensuring full adoption of the new tool-chain.

Built KubeMorph from the ground up: created a full-stack Kubernetes IDE with Spring Boot (REST APIs, WebSocket live logs) and Angular (responsive UI, Role-based access). All-in-one cluster management: embedded workload deployment, Helm chart handling, real-time monitoring, and log/exec consoles—eliminating context-switching for DevOps teams. Hackathon champion: won 1st place in an internal hackathon by shipping a car-pooling mobile prototype that reduced employee commute costs and CO₂ footprint.

Set up a comprehensive monitoring platform for Kubernetes during my summer internship at Fondative. Conducted extensive research to identify and integrate optimal monitoring tools, developed a strategic vision for infrastructure, logs, and traces, and implemented collectors to retrieve real-time performance insights. This project enhanced operational efficiency and deepened my expertise in cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes monitoring solutions.

Prepared a containerized development environment and set up a CI/CD pipeline for continuous integration, testing, and deployment of code. Additionally, developed a bash script to automate the deployment of the solution on EC2 instances. This project provided my first hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, significantly enhancing my skills in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
