Responsible for the enforcement of safety within the company and with customers. Provides management of CTS technicians, setting goals and evaluating their performance. Setting training program aimed to increase staff skills, motivation, and team spirit to merge skills on seamersand capers. Lead the CTS department as a cost & profit center, including the development and follow up of CTS budget per customer: Monitor on a monthly basis the CTS results for invoiced and non-invoiced services and rental income. Maintain regular updates with Eurofiber customers on project progress. Liaise with data centers to confirm delivery of connections to the correct data rooms. Collaborate with Infrabel counterparts to finalize fiber projects. Manage the construction and delivery of dark fiber, Ethernet, and internet connections, including international links between Belgium, Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands. Successfully delivered over 60 projects, including OFFNET, ONNET, and ONNET+ connections. Manage both internal infrastructure and external commercial projects.

Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle from A to Z, including planning, execution, and delivery. Manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of designers and site supervisors. Oversee the engineering office responsible for permit tracking, execution plans, and billing follow-up. Review and evaluate contractors' technical proposals; write comprehensive specification documents. Coordinate with the purchasing department to organize contractor selection rounds. Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost control. Prepare annual investment proposals (Y+1 budgets) using SAP, with project milestones up to €30 million (at Elia). Monitor project progress and activities throughout the entire lifecycle. Oversee and support projects across both Flanders and Wallonia. Conduct post-project debriefings with safety departments, authorities, contractors, supervisors, and designers to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement. Collaborate on-site with clients and relevant authorities for formal project acceptance and delivery. Review and validate supervisor expenses and contractor invoices prior to customer billing. Monitor budget plans with quarterly management reviews, providing explanations for any variances. Hold regular follow-up meetings with team members, including supervisors, designers, and colleagues from Permit and IT Telecom departments.

Responsibilities: Monitor workshop activities and write detailed specifications for the maintenance of load equipment, including valves, heat exchangers, and tanks. Analyze and improve maintenance and operational process procedures. Provide hands-on support in the field for equipment maintenance operations. Assist in the development and execution of the team’s maintenance plans. Create and manage Excel tools integrated with SAP to track and control the maintenance cycle. Monitor and follow up on technical corrections and updates in SAP. Review and validate technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide support to the spare parts team for optimal inventory and availability. Identify, classify, and manage new types of valves for proper integration into maintenance systems. Retrieve and analyze intervention reports to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: Analyze forecasted consumption of machine options to optimize production planning. Develop performance indicators and create monthly dashboards for reporting and decision-making. Design a framework for monitoring and standardizing operational procedures. Implement procedures for the "Production Control" service in preparation for ISO audit compliance. Collaborate with the IT team to drive continuous SAP improvements from a user perspective. Monitor daily production outputs via the "Daily Output File" and ensure accurate data updates in SAP. Conduct a comprehensive study on the “Option Plan” to support production efficiency. Lead and facilitate "DOMS" daily output meetings to align teams on progress and priorities. Analyze SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) files and rolling forecasts to manage stock levels and anticipate needs. Coordinate between the production department and Demand Marketing to align production targets with monthly business objectives.

Responsibilities: Monitor scaffolding construction activities for two different companies to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Track and manage scaffolding work schedules to maintain timelines and minimize delays. Oversee and coordinate scaffolding teams on-site to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Develop Microsoft Access applications tailored to scaffolders and SRP agents to streamline operations and reporting. Estimate and balance scaffolders’ workload to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Lead change management initiatives aimed at improving operational practices.
