Business Development process - Merger and Acquisition • Main statistical data interlocutor; • Responsible for accurate data supply on Business Development process.

Quarterly assessment - Business target: • Analyze the portfolio credit quality; • Build and update statistical models for reserve calculation and loss forecasting; • Perform stress tests to assess portfolio trend according to macroeconomic change assumptions. Project Leading: INTEGRATED RISK INFORMATIC SYSTEM Project: • Lead the project of building a robust data mart for a comprehensive reporting for risk analytics, regulatory reporting, model validation, stress testing;

Business Focus • Perform market and economic sector analysis for new product initiatives; • Define risk appetite, limits and strike zone; • Define business underwriting standards; • Set up and monitor statistical models. Portfolio Monitoring • Develop and update management reports to monitor key indicators; • Lead regulatory reports submissions; • Lead weekly and monthly reviews; • Lead portfolio analysis and assessments; • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
