- Leading the integration of Stelia Aerospace and Premium Aerotec Germany (PAG) into the new-co's for Advanced Product Quality Planning. - Participating in the continuous improvement of APQP Methodology at Airbus for Make & Buy. Working streams include: * Referentials * IT Tools * Learning Path * Network * Communication * Deployment - Leading a team of 10 consultants, working on deploying APQP & Core Tools at Airbus (interviews, on-boarding, coordination and support) - Ensuring interface with Akka’s customers from different organizations within Airbus from Central Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement (deliverables/ cost follow-up, PRMs…) - Perform APQP training at Airbus for Supply Chain Quality Managers - Support APQP training development at Akka.

- Identify and support continuous improvement plans and development needs with suppliers to improve supply chain quality maturity and robustness. - Secure the deployment and maturity of some of the Quality Standards (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA) - Ensure the convergence to industrial maturity objectives (capability/ capacity). - Regular reviews with suppliers to track performance (on time, on quality). - Participate in industrial assessments and monitoring of associated surveillance plan (e.g. IPCA+).
