Recently, I worked as a Machine learning research and development engineer at PSA Groupe, where I managed thecomplete range of technical tasks in an efficient manner. I developed and performed research, including project planning, literature review, and developing proofs-of-concept. In this job role, I accomplished and maintained the Radio Network Performance, while overseeing and evaluatingHSDPA (High Speed Data packet) Radio network and statistics on a daily basis. Throughout my career as a Drive Test Radio Networks Engineer, I validated, improved network performance, and up-linked scrambling processing, including interference, configuration, and hardware by directing the drive test analysis. I utilised radio performance indicators, such as KPI’s 3 G radio access to perform analysis of quality services.The following are highlights of the value I brought to Ericsson: ☛ I achieved predefined targeted goals by describing, planning, and driving action plans, including new setting andoptimisation.
