•'Data migration manager' of a program consisting of nine individual projects that will replace the entire information system in the 70 offices of DPD France • Developed a ‘BI Middleware’ to translate and exchange data from the old system to the new information system during the transition period of 12 months • Worked with Finance, Operation and Sales at the organizational level to identify and design future reports and dashboard for efficient management of the business • Identified and selected data visualization tools to be used along the actual ETL tool Talend for Data Integration to deliver useful and relevant reports and dashboards • Worked with the entire development team to identify the best strategy to rebuild old applications using new approaches such as TDD and Agile development. • Acted as the leader of technology innovation by ensuring continuous improvements of the standards and processes used by the BI team.
