Fashion Cloud is a B2B e-commerce platform that enables brands and retailers to exchange marketing materials and product data as well as order digitally via a central platform. As a Smart-Rep designer, I take immense pride in sharing some of my highlights during my journey where I was able to create impact in the following areas: 1. Spearheaded UX research efforts within the SmartRep team through continuous UX research methods like Surveys, and Moderated usability tests thereby improving feature usability by 50%. 2. Created an onboarding experience for brands and retailers allowing them to be onboarded to SmartRep through the platform efficiently reducing communication gaps between Fashion Cloud representatives and the end customer by 40%. 3. Designed for scale leading to improved platform usability by 50% by improving Suggestions & Auto Restock experience for retailers and brands. 4. Partnered with designers to maintain and optimize the in-house design system leading to improved workflows between design and dev. 5. Shaped the Insights experience for Retailers bridging the gap between Retailers and article performance leading to 30% improved decision-making.

As a catalyst, I mentor a cohort of upcoming UX designers in their product design journey starting from portfolio reviews to guiding them in their job search through group sessions.

Ida is an intelligent dairy assistant that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to translate large volumes of complex data into actionable insights. As an mid-level designer, I strived to create impact in the following manner : 1. Streamlined existing features by 80% by conducting heuristic reviews and shipping end-to-end flows based on customer insights and business needs. 2. Collaborated with developers through design decks to communicate end-to-end design flows and provide design specs for the design system ensuring seamless implementation throughout. 3. Conceptualised ideas with the product management, leadership, and engineering team through research methods like stakeholder interviews leading to improved user experience.

Shaadi Live (Sister product of Shaadi.com, an Indian match-making service) is a periodic event, happening every 10 days, that allows eligible singles to meet up to 10 potential matches over video calls, for 5 minutes each, within just an hour. As an independent designer, I held a few of the below key responsibilities : 1. Communicated closely with product owners through regular design workshops encouraging them to share ideas and helping us to avoid design bias. 2. Conducted in-depth competitor analysis of the dating market to objectively identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business strategy and optimize to achieve at least 60% market fit. 3. Based on the research, strategized key flows independently including users being able to see the lineup beforehand reducing anxiety for the speed-dating participant by 40%.

Zemoso Technologies offers zero-to-one lean acceleration and innovation-as-a-service to large enterprises and early-stage startups, helping them incubate new product initiatives. As one of the early designers on the team I worked in the following areas, 1. Created user journeys for MVP product ideas for B2B & B2C HealthTech companies which helped the client find their market fit with at least 60% success. 2. Communicated design decisions to customers and internal stakeholders in the form of prototypes to effectively test and validate the ideate through feedback. 3. Structured the product navigation via information architecture improving the user experience by at least 50%
