European Program Director ERP leading the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O solution in the subsidiaries of Alliance Automotive Group (France, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, UK, Spain, Portugal, Poland).

I'm leading the Global Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O core model project for 28 countries with a team composed by 70+ Business and IT ressources coming from all countries (scope : Finance, Supply Chain and Sales). End to end solution delivery on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O within time and budget constraints. As global Program Director ERP, I'm managing all aspects of delivery and support for the Business, including overall responsability for Dynamics 365 delivery and value realization. Report status to executive, business partners, all over IT and Business partners.

Program portfolio : I managed the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 solution in subsidiaries (UK, NL and FR). Management of the program from Diagnostic to support transition. Implementation of an AGILE methodology : Creation of a roll-out tool kit, budget management, document management, building the project team and the governance. Management of a project team of 30+ people (internal and external) with 3000+ men/days/year. Project portfolio : Led the core model governance in cooperation with Manutan Group board of Directors : Project scoping, ROI approach, project prioritization, reporting. Team management : 12 people in charge of company’s ERP maintenance and delivery.

Managing a Team of 35 Consultants, Solution Architect and Project Manager dedicated to the Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions : Engagement management, ressources planning and skills development. Implementation and monitoring of nearshore software development team. Projects Director on key accounts - Worked with Sales team and Project’s Managers to monitor new implementations projects.

ERP Business consultant on Microsoft Dynamics AX - Supply Chain (Purchasing, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management), CRM and Professional Services.
