Introduction
As a Quality Assurance Analyst with over 8.5 years of experience in manual testing and 2 years in automation testing, I specialize in ensuring software quality and user satisfaction across various industries, including banking and telecommunications. My background in telecommunications engineering and business administration allows me to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs. I've worked extensively with tools like Selenium and Cucumber to convert manual test cases into automation scripts, helping teams increase efficiency and maintain high QA standards. I am passionate about delivering reliable, innovative solutions, and I'm skilled in problem-solving, test planning, attention to detail, and collaborative development. Currently open to new opportunities—freelance or full-time—where I can contribute to quality-driven teams focused on delivering exceptional digital products.
