Solution Owner and Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with strong expertise in Lasernet and large-scale ERP programs. At Dax Consulting, a Microsoft Partner, I manage end-to-end D365FO implementations, from solution architecture and functional design to deployment, go-live, and post-production support, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. As Solution Architect and Lasernet Leader (Formpipe Partner), I define global solution architectures and integration patterns. I lead Lasernet development on LS10, manage reseller activities, design API integrations for country-specific localizations, and implement integrations with Power Automate and Power Apps. I also oversee Lasernet printer management, mobile connectivity, version upgrades, performance optimization, and end-user training. I perform and validate D365FO configurations across Production, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Landed Cost, and Lasernet. Previously, within Microsoft Gold Partner environments, I worked as Functional Consultant and Solution Architect on complex migrations from SAP and legacy systems to D365FO for France, the UK, and Italy. I led workshops, conducted needs analysis, defined target solutions, managed data migration, performed application testing, and produced functional specifications validated by business stakeholders. I regularly lead workshops, share best practices, manage and mentor functional consultants and Lasernet developers, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Microsoft standards.
