End-to-End Project Management: Managed the entire project lifecycle of a comprehensive ERP and POS system, from initial analysis and design through development, testing, and deployment. • Developed a comprehensive ERP and POS system using Flutter for Windows, consisting of over 40 interactive screens covering sales, purchases, customers, employees, inventory, taxes, and financial vouchers. • Implemented advanced tax management functionalities tailored to UAE regulations, including the standard 5% VAT integration, along with dynamic options to manage VAT exemptions for specific goods (e.g., medical products) and configure variable tax rates up to 100%. • Designed and implemented the backend using Spring Boot, following clean architecture with layered structure (Controller, Service, Repository), enabling scalable and maintainable code. • Built and exposed secure RESTful APIs for communication between mobile, desktop, and server systems. • Integrated SQL Server databases using JPA/Hibernate, including efficient query handling and entity relationships for key modules like invoices, customers, and inventory. • Developed invoice and sales modules with export options to Excel and PDF, as well as direct printing capabilities. • Integrated the system with external hardware such as printers, modems, and LED customer displays to support full operational requirements. • Set up a Spring Boot-based local server to handle real-time data synchronization between the desktop ERP and mobile apps. • Built 2 specialized mobile apps: Managers App: Displays real-time sales and purchase reports. Waiters App: Manages table orders via a lightweight, fast interface. • Responsible for publishing the apps on both Microsoft Store and Google Play, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and high performance.
