– Currently Working on Direct Energy Deposition processes Which increased the capabilities of AM processes to produce metallic parts. Two DED processes for additive manufacturing are studied in the laboratory. Within this context, the use of simulation results can be a powerful method to reduce process parameterization times when manufacturing a new part. – The main objective of master thesis is to develop multi physics simulation models for DED processes – Typical use case of deposition will be identified and multiphysics simulations will be carried out with COMSOL software suite

– As Warranty Engineer my key responsibility is to contact and relationship manager between the dealership, customers and the manufacturer. They must fully understand the manufacturer's policies and procedures in order to manage customer claims, ensuring that all warranty repair orders are written for proper compliance, accuracy and legibility according to the policies and procedures. – I was responsible for communicating all compliance concerns and keeping current on all factory recalls and announcements. They will efficiently handle and resolve all claim corrections, reviewing and managing all ageing schedules and reports. This role holder is also responsible for invoicing and writing off small differences. – My primary Responsibility. – Assess, correct, code, invoice and submit all warranty claims – Maintain warranty control and rectify warranty schedule for accounting department – Report payment discrepancies to the Service Manager – Ensure that warranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured – Sort and ship warranty parts returns when necessary – Inform staff of warranty procedure changes and maintain files – Provide ongoing guidance and assistance to Service Advisors and Service Reception.
