In charge of the Project Management Assistance to the Group entity • Inside the S/4 HANA migration of the EUROPE subsidiary, detailed study to manage the sales/procurement business needs (OTC/P2P) issued by the Group, for the convergence of the global business processes (efforts of homogenization and group conformity). • Heuristic presentation of developments in the IT system to the various stakeholders to decide on the version upgrade only in 'Brownfield' or compromise 'Bluefield'. • Functional advisory role for developments and new flows brought to the SAP Core model.

In charge of support to the business teams for the migration of Essilor IT to SAP • As part of the EssilorLuxottica merger, management of the AMOA team (around ten FI-CO consultants) in charge of migrating accounting data from Oracle Financial to SAP, Essilor's Scandinavian subsidiaries (Norway, Finland, Sweden , Denmark). • Preparation and delivery of training sessions for key SAP users. • Assistance to end users in carrying out validation and acceptance tests. • Ensure the transition from the project phase to the Run phase. • Management of monitoring and successful completion of changeover actions linked to CutOver planning, MOC.

In charge of Architecture support to the team responsible for controlling Allianz France • As part of the replacement of the controlling platform under SAS FM with the SAP Analytics Cloud solution, I assisted the enterprise architecture department of Allianz France with the business team in charge of the project and the architecture Allianz group. • Assistance in selecting the solution between SAP Analytics Cloud and Anaplan. Production of summary notes in parallel with the solution instruction. • Structuring and synthesizing relevant information and communicating to stakeholders. • Writing the functional and technical specification deliverable for the new full SAP cloud architecture.

In charge of the management of the external team responsible for the IT redesign project • The merger of the Actalians and Agefos OPCAs (Authorized Organisms Collector for Training) gave birth to the OPCO EP (Operator for small and medium companies); • Our team was tasked with providing the blueprint for the information system aimed at aligning the IT with the new services offering by the OPCO entity. • In this context, we worked on the new organization of the IT department resulting from the merger of the two teams. • I set up performance indicators and service levels to achieve. • I was responsible for the control and visibility of project activities.
