It is mainly involved in drinking water distribution, wastewater treatment, water network management and environmental services. I worked for SAUR as part of its Data Centric digital transformation, implementing a Data Platform. The team was made up of : Tech Leads, Architects, Devops, Data engineers. My responsibilities : Project activity (BUILD): - Participate in the entity's data projects as Product Owner - Write features - Help the team to produce and validate user stories and acceptance phases phases - Be responsible for drafting EBs - Participate in validation of Detailed Functional Specifications (DFS) and acceptance phases. Maintenance activity (RUN): - Prioritization of incident backlog and service requests: - Work closely with local and offshore teams to understand incident management needs and priorities. (International context) - Assess severity and impact of incidents to define appropriate priorities. - Maintain an incident backlog, ensuring full visibility and updating relevant updating relevant information. - Ensure documentation is maintained. - SLA and KPI monitoring - Monitor incidents and compliance with resolution deadlines. - Quickly identify obstacles and potential problems in incident management and propose solutions. - Management of the offshore team (India and Mauritius) - Facilitate communication between local and offshore teams to ensure mutual understanding of priorities and issues. - Intervene in the event of major problems or delays in resolving incidents act as a facilitator to resolve issues quickly.

I joined the Woloyem team as part of the company's international expansion, working closely with the founder. I joined the Data Driven teams to bring added value to the subject of data migration and the implementation of the Data Lake. The teams were made up of Tech Leads, Architects, DevOps and Data Engineers. It supported major corporations in their technology projects, particularly in the automotive, aerospace, energy and telecommunications sectors. Its expertise combined innovation, advanced technologies and engineering consulting. I joined the R&D department to set up a Chat-bot to help with CV editing and recruitment. The team is made up of business people, Techs lead, architect and Testers. My responsibilities : - Collection and consideration of business needs (HR teams) - Translate needs into technical terms - Agile project management - Implementation of ChatBot Conversation Scenario - Follow-up of Conversational Scenario tests - Restitution of data (indicators) on Dashboard: Power Bi - Data governance in SQL and POSTGRESQL databases - Developer follow-up - Management of the Conversational Scenario perimeter. Results: With the team, we launched the first version of the Chatbot.

Crédit Mutuel is a French mutual banking group owned by its members. It offers banking, insurance, mobile telephony and remote surveillance services. I was asked to develop dashboards. The team consisted of a Product Owner, a Data Analyst and a Data Tech lead. My responsibilities: Review of dashboards in production and data quality Implementation of POWER BI dashboards (Portfolios and Enterprises) Identification of inconsistencies Analysis of customer database data Display the various indicators under different axes Results Implementation of different data sources (Portfolios and Enterprises) Implementation of interconnections between the various reports Creation of documentation. Integration of Power App to overcome the limitations of Power Bi in terms of dynamism.

I joined the Fashion Bi team as a PO to work on CRM and Bi Support topics, The team consisted of a Tech lead, and 4 Bi developers. My responsibilities : - User Support - Carry out the various evolutions requested by the business. - Costing of the various upgrades - Production of documentation on upgrades - Data reconciliation (stock and sales) - Set up and monitor customer and product repositories. - Listing of new Fashion Bi collections. Results : - Reduction in the number of support incidents - Implementation of industrializable Dashboards - Implementation of a process to maintain the product repository.

Its solutions are used in a wide range of sectors, including aeronautics, automotive and healthcare. I joined the HRIS team, to redesign the Change Mangement and Problem Mangement dashboards. My responsibilities included - Maintain and develop ETLs, universes and reports - Provide indicators on data at a rate of one delivery/drop per month (technology: ETL SAP BODS, SAP BI 4) - Deliver immediate corrective fixes on urgent or blocking production problems - Development of ETL jobs (SAP BO Data Services) - Creation of universes with SAP BO (ideally BI4.2) - Write technical and functional specifications - Manage Data teams in Offshore (International context) Results : - Provision of new dashboards - Implementation of secure access to reports
