Tracking system R&D and integration

Technical leadership in Internet of Things (IoT) startup working on vibration analytics of engineering constructions, such as bridges, skyscrapers, pipelines, fences, anything that can vibrate. First of commercial products is fence security system(http://sesmick.ru/). Other directions are IoT system for remote monitoring of high constructions and integrations for Geutebrueck video security system. Projects : IoT System contains special precision sensors, cloud based business logic and prediction computing: Main customers are Russian telecom companies such is Megafon use the system to control towers with cell base stations. As an architect and team lead I control system functionality and process of system development. Upgrading software and hardware system for certification laboratory: Migration to new board based on TI TM4C microcontroller, migration to USB from COM communication interface and new capabilities for checking interactions between cash boxes and cloud. As a freelancer completed the entire project alone, performing all tasks from inception to customer support. Tools and Technologies: TI TM4C, Keil mVision, TFS, GIT, .NET, WinForms, WPF, XAML, C, C++, C# Integration software for Geutebrueck video security system: Wide range of integration tasks: barcode-scanners, proximity card systems, video analytics system. As a team lead, led a team of three developers, architected, designed and implemented the required functionality. Vibration control system: Network of vibration sensors with accelerometers. Each sensor analyses results of fast Fourier transform at real time and makes decision about alarm. Sensors linked with Gateway via CAN and Gateways linked to Server via Ethernet. As a CTO, I had a variety of responsibilities, including architecture, firmware and software development, team management, working directly with customers, talent acquisition, etc.

Developing firmware and software for cash registers and related devices (special memory and TAX control boxes). Projects: Software and hardware system for certification laboratory: Software and hardware emulator of Russian cryptographic fiscal device that must be installed in all Russian cash registers. The system checks for correctness of interactions between cash registers and crypto-modules. I have completed this project all by myself, through all states of software development lifecycle: requirements, specifications, implementation, testing and customer support. Special memory module for cash-machines: ST mPSD microcontroller (8051 architecture) with external EEPROM and external protocol based on I2C interface. Later this project was moved to NXP LPC (ARM7 core) microcontroller with in-application programming of internal flash instead of EEPROM. My duties included work with EEPROM, programming of internal flash and developing external protocol while other team members worked with hardware part and client for external protocol. Cash box cryptographic subsystem: Embedded solution for microcontrollers that can sign up files using DSS and store them to SD using simple FAT16 implementation. And App for PC that can manage and check signature on this cards. My duties included all programming work, while other team members worked on math and algorithms.
