Intro

I solve workflow and decision problems in organisations. In many organisations, operational problems persist not because people lack effort, but because workflows evolve over time without being examined end-to-end. Individual teams optimise their own tasks while the overall process gradually becomes fragmented. When workflows are analysed holistically, the real constraints usually become visible. I specialise in diagnosing operational problems and bringing structure to complex workflows. My work focuses on analysing how work actually happens inside organisations, identifying breakdowns in processes and decision flows, and translating those findings into structured analysis that teams can act on. This typically involves process mapping, requirements clarification, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting teams through operational change. In many cases, the most valuable step is not the solution itself, but gaining a clear understanding of the problem. My approach is simple: understand the situation, structure the problem, and help organisations move toward practical solutions.
