I really enjoy finding inspiring ways to portray messages, no matter the setting or audience, the motivation to communicate and create solutions stays the same. My background in writing and marketing naturally led me to creating English copy for French companies. I know how to angle articles to an anglophone audience and I can be brought on board for web copy, blog articles, international marketing campaigns, brochures, magazines... the list goes on. I am currently working on copy for a luxury events company in Paris and a vineyard in the South of France. I have also recently put together branding guidelines for a company based in the UK.

Working on childrens books, films and novels. With fiction work, I have had short-stories published in paper-back and I have many projects under development (from novels, scripts and children's picture books). I have won numerous competitions, including a recent one for a year of mentoring from a scriptwriter along with a literary agent for a play. As one of the six finalists of the competition, the play was performed as a 'calling card' performance with industry professionals acting and attending. I had many requests for scripts from production companies following this performance.

Supplying B2B and B2C copy for online and offline purposes. I am versed in SEO, SEM and web analytics and I am knowledgeable in design, print and distribution. I have written for a range of industries, including branding companies, luxury online stores, events companies, artists, musicians, wedding planners, designers, educational institutions, luxury hotels, as well as engineers and charities around the world. Thorough research is fundamental to my writing process and I can grasp technical information quickly. I enjoy variety when it comes to freelance work and I always seek the unusual and artistic to get my pieces noticed. I am an avid reader and writer and love the challenges of quickly becoming an expert on a subject to present information in an interesting way. I am currently learning web-building techniques and have acquired branding skills through past work experience - I believe there is a symbiosis between words and how they're communicated and I therefore like to work with design in mind.

I have extensive experience teaching adult professionals business English. I often work with CEOs, directors and executives who have international clients/ offices/ projects. I also train clients in intercultural communication. I create bespoke workshops, training courses and resources to achieve my work as an English consultant / trainer and I can travel for bespoke workshops around Europe. Recently, I have been teaching at a university which means catering to many students for a specific exam. I am knowledgable in a number of English proficiency certifications. I have interpreted at events and accompanied VIPs/directors at shows and meetings. I enjoy these in-person exchanges, assisting companies with their language needs. I have worked with large, blue-chip companies and at prestigious events in this way as a consultant and aide. Clients include film producers, vintners, university professors, politicians and show hosts. I am at ease interpreting for people. I started by translating live for a michelin chef to the media and translating for famous musicians. I am developing this side of my business further by creating more pedagogical resources and adding international business workshops. My diplomas in Design Thinking and Intercultural Communication have informed my style when coaching people working with/for an anglophone audience/market.

The role included creating press releases, editing company publications, writing articles for trade magazines, co-ordinating media sales and advertising, as well as managing company public relation strategies. Daily tasks included technical copywriting, interviewing engineers and creating articles with product managers, as well as managing brochures, websites and integrated multi-media campaigns. As the editor of the company magazines, websites and blogs, I often had to liaise with and manage international contributors. The role also included marketing, writing scripts, editing copy, conducting surveys, attending technical meetings and trade shows and discussing advertising for and with the company. International marketing was crucial to this role and my skills were solicited for training purposes.

During a season in Meribel ski resort, I offered a flexible service as a general aide to the running of the festival, looking after high-profile artists and organisers as well as being available to help in all capacities from welcoming guests to meeting their needs around the resort and helping on the nights of the performances.
