As a Technical Solutions Designer at Expandium, I was responsible for designing and developing business intelligence interfaces using AngularJS for the telecommunication and railway domains (http://www.expandium.com/). My role involved utilizing JavaScript technologies such as AngularJS, node.js, Coffeescript, and Grunt to build new frontend architectures that enhanced Expandium's network analysis tools. The objective was to create reusable components that performed efficiently in terms of both space and time, capable of handling large volumes of data. Through my work at Expandium, I gained expertise in designing technical solutions and implementing frontend frameworks to optimize performance and scalability. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with back-end systems, enabling smooth and efficient data processing. My contributions helped improve the performance and capabilities of Expandium's network analysis tools, contributing to the overall success of the company's products in the telecommunication and railway domains. As a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SportSquare Games, I led the design and development of a full-stack JavaScript multiplayer online browser game called SoccerSquare. Over a span of more than 3 years, I was responsible for managing the technical aspects of the company (https://youtu.be/8x_yZ69D7Os). In my role, I spearheaded research and development efforts, including selecting and implementing frontend and backend technologies, designing and managing databases, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing game design. I also ensured the maintenance and continued development of the software engine, making strategic decisions to enhance the game's performance and user experience. As a Co-Founder, I played a pivotal role in the growth and success of SportSquare Games, overseeing all technical aspects of the company's operations. I was also actively involved in providing customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing technical issues promptly and effectively. My experience as a Co-Founder and CTO of SportSquare Games allowed me to gain comprehensive expertise in various aspects of game development, including frontend and backend technologies, database management, game design, and customer support. It was a challenging and rewarding experience, contributing to the overall success and growth of SportSquare Games in the highly competitive online gaming industry. I worked with my company SportSquare Games in Tallinn, Estonia, where my colleagues and I received tons of feedback during excellent mentorship sessions. I learnt a lot about the gaming industry, about business relationships and how to make a better product with the right instruments, good networking and thanks to all of that we are developing the new version of our main product: SoccerSquare.
