I started From K to M, as a way to share things I cared about on YouTube. I initially started with long interviews of entrepreneurs that I would break down into 5 to make a weekly series. Then a new arc opened up, with much more scripted videos about my journey, learnings and readings. Now it's more of a channel that allows me to formalize recurring questions I'm asked or learnings I want to convey in a sustainable format.

I worked as COO @ oligoplus to bring a more robust structure to the teams. The objective was to structure the way the team communicates. I was able to realize several missions - Simplify the transmission of information on notion.so - Set up an ERP for stock management - Writing of processes for the teams - Set up recruitment guidelines + help with recruitment - Change of software to link accounting to sales - Help to set up a business plan - Support on marketing

Following the 2M fund raising at AgroLeague, I spent more than a year building the company's product team. We had to manage an application for +650 farmers in order to simplify the relationship between agronomists (plant life experts) and farmers. As a C-level, I was able to structure a startup from 150k to +800k of ARR, with all the learning that it brings. I was able to participate in this entrepreneurial adventure where we went from 7 to 30 people. I was able to manage the product pole and set up a team of 5 people with developers and designers (in complete telecommuting) I was the link between the product and the strategy of the company to allow in 1 year to make a growth of 5X. We were in FullStack TypeScript - Node - React + Figma for the designs.

After some disappointing experiences sharing a tool on Instagram, I spoke with Alexia who suggested I adapt the format into a newsletter. We spent 1 day to mature the project, set up a brand, a landing page, a registration form and analytics. The evening we published on a Facebook group and we received 90 subscribers the same evening. Our goal was to get 150 subscribers before thinking about the final newsletter format. We reached this goal in 1 week and then took 4 days to set up the newsletter and send our first email. During this time, we gained 40 more subscribers to make 190 emails for our first mailing. We then grew the newsletter to +900 readers in September 2020. After this milestone we stopped sending out newsletters for personal and professional reasons.

After a discussion with Laura (CEO) we decided to set up Green Pack to help her build a good personal branding following her engineering studies and the particular climate related to Covid. The goal is to create a newsletter with a strong community to help her find a permanent job. I'm helping to set up the strategic part of the newsletter, which includes building a brand and acquisition strategy. On branding my job was to find Laura's inspirations to build the graphic identity, tone and format of the newsletter. On acquisition I guided the strategy to adopt (100 subscribers in 1 week) without any initial audience or facebook group. Our goal of 300+ readers in 1 month was reached without difficulty. Following a divergence of alignment on the product, we chose to end our collaboration.

I worked to develop the continuation of their MVP. We were a team of 3. The 2 co-founders in marketing and me in development. Paco is a social network around culture that allows young people to exchange movies and series they like to discover new artists. During a quarter we worked closely together and then we ended the mission with a handover to a new CTO, more impregnated with the mission and who was planning on the long term.
