These include: •Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Spearheaded B2B partnerships, equity investments and led capital-raising efforts, as well as M&A discussions. Won and was responsible for 7-figure contracts. •Web Development & Product Management: Oversaw an outsourced web development team before internalizing operations and building a 4-person in-house web design team for greater efficiency. Assigned to take care of marketing relations, I increased the exposure of one of the most trusted image-optimization products in the WordPress system. I hired and coordinated an affiliate manager, I appointed a PR building team, a content team, and I was personally in charge of B2B connections with high-profile companies, such as BlueHost and Elementor. I attended events such as WordCamp on behalf of the company and formed strong business bounds.

I was writing news articles and how-to guides for various online publications, such as AndroidAuthority, ITProPortal, TechPP. I participated in events such as the Mobile World Congress and took interviews. Also, I wrote a book about Windows 8.

As a 2nd level support engineer, I was responsible for escalated issues and network restoration, through log analysis and fault correction. I executed network changes and upgrades, while developing scripts to meet KPIs. I was later promoted as a Network Integration Engineer, where I focused on software updates, data builds for 4G/LTE, license creation and on-site board replacements.

I was responsible for 24/7 network monitoring of 2G, 3G, and 4G systems using Ericsson tools. I investigated and solved issues on various technologies like SDH, PDH, ATM, and IP, escalating problems to Back Office or external suppliers when required. I also coordinated field operations through phone & ticketing systems, analyzed logs, and generated telecom reports to maintain KPIs. I held trainings and improved the workflows of the team.
