I help organizations on: - training & facilitating for top companies & top schools (ESCP, Leonard de Vinci Business School, IESEG, Ponts & Chaussées, School of Life, All Positive, The School of life Paris, Polarys, PSL Lab) Examples include: Design Thinking and Collective Intelligence Workshops, soft skills training, hackathons, Mentoring, Intercultural skills. -Project management: innovation project manager for Villagebyca, the largest french accelerator of the french bank Credit Agricole ( www.levillagebyca.com) ( 8 months Full Time) - creating content: I have build 15 modules of 30min on "Managing team creativity" (IonisX Education Group). I create my own content for training ( Public speaking course with a personal branding touch ( AllPositive) - consulting: transformation projects & change management. I come from the business and have fantastic tools to use through the MBA. - advising start-ups and entrepreneur. I enjoy bringing energy to new projects (creating from scratch, removing obstacles etc). - business developement: I am a connector and this is helping me to generate leads. - coaching ( ICF- International Coaching Federation)-2020. Praditus certified- 2022. My keys words: empathy, creativity and rigor but most importantly moving forward together.

As a finance manager, I was responsible for providing financial guidance and support to internal clients and colleagues so they can make sound business decisions. I was leading a team of three employees ( a senior, a junior and an apprentice). My work can be described in three words: - diversity of contacts: directors (HR, IT, Legal etc), accounting services in Ireland, employees as I was the financial approver for travel, expenses etc, French administration ( taxes, customs, institutions). - Diversity of tasks from managing the budgeting and forecast to administration of fines and expenses and last but not least any ad-hoc requests. EMC being a company of 800 people, this part requires communication and dexterity - Problem-solving- As the financial controller for France, I was involved in a wide variety of areas and challenges. What I gain: managing complexity, dealing with adversity and conflict, communicating with a wide spectrum of roles in and outside the company I was also a mentor and member of the woman empowerment program: Elles@ EMC.

Europa Cinemas is managing the MEDIA program for the European Commission to strengthen and develop the distribution of European films in the theaters across European countries. In charge of Benelux, I was responsible of a team of 8 project managers. I have worked on compiling statistics, improving the database and was responsible for reporting to the European Commission and to the French public administration CNC.

As a senior internal auditor, I have participated in financial and operational audit and also on investigation of fraud. My tasks were from the start of the project ( preparation of the mission) until thefinal delivery (writing reports and presenting them). I have also supervised external resources. I have travelled 40% of my time ( Europe, Latin America, Asia, North Africa).

I was lucky to work in Paris on dutch project. I was responsible for the financial follow-up of projects (financial support and reporting to operational staff, monitoring and analysis of results, monthly closings, training of managers in pricing / management control tools). During my time at Accenture, I was assigned the supervision of a team of three people. in 2007, the work was moved to Prague. I have participated in the transfer and in documenting best practices and training the team in Prague. in 2008, I was assigned to a larger projects for France.

In this role, I was responsible monitoring, controlling and analyzing the revenues of European subsidiaries. I was also participating in monthly closing and investigating difference. Answering queries from external auditors. Daily communication in English with a manager from New Zealand. External training in US-GAAP and financial analysis.

I have participated in financial and organization audit. My spectrum of clients was very wide: Gaz de France, BNP-Paribas, Thales, Française des Jeux. I was fortunate to attend a five-week financial management training including two at at the renowed business school ESCP.

In this one month project, I have replaced an experienced sales assistant and worked with Sales director to develop the Benelux market, elaborating market research, answering customers requests and helping him in his daily tasks.
