Mediarithmics is a digital marketing start-up whose aim is to offer companies such as Fnac and Darty an alternative to GAFAM to manage their marketing. My role at mediarithmics was to develop solutions to import customer data into our API (several tens of GB of daily data for each customer). First by developing generic libraries allowing our team to facilitate and harmonize the creation of applications (like stream builder, faults manager, progression calculation). Then by developing an automated system controlled by a UI. The customers could thus, by themselves, build "pipelines" of modules allowing them to define the source of the data and the operations to be carried out before the import. When these pipelines were launched, the modules were deployed in Kubernetes and, for the sake of robustness, each module was linked by a messages queue. The UI made it possible in particular to consult the history of executions, detect faults and define strategies if necessary.
