At this stage, I work on developing features across the entire application — creating components, applying design patterns, maintaining and improving existing features, from fixing bugs to developing new functionalities. I also take part in in-depth technical discussions and decision-making processes.

As a senior technical support analyst, I was fully responsible for assisting more technical clients with complex demands — helping companies of all kinds integrate our solutions via API. This involved deeply understanding their needs, from simple integrations to business rule impacts. I conducted technical interviews for new team members, led daily stand-ups for the support team, wrote integration documentation, assisted users during critical issues, created integration examples, and handled various other advanced tasks.

I worked on the development of the main landing page, which was built with Hugo — a framework based on GoLang. I focused heavily on performance optimization and dynamic SEO for the pages, as well as creating components and scripts for tracking user activity with Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
