Autonomous travel in an unknown land with two main goals : Spanish learning and local culture comprehension. The achievement of this project required from me the development of various skills as : • Volunteering (financial and linguistic aspects) • Own limits breaking (psychological aspect) • Open minding (cultural aspect)

Management of the garage in charge of the maintenance of the all ground support equipment. • Organization of preventive and corrective maintenance between the fifteen technicians of the two stations. • Control of restocking with local purchase and international importations. • Development and integration of a stock management software. • Creation of performance indicators and planning of the monthly hierarchy reporting.

• Global evaluation of the service’s performance by a customer satisfaction survey and an internal audit. Benchmark in a similar French company. • Optimization of the technicians’ coordination over the geographic intervention area by attributing personal sections. • Integration of PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) to improve the reactivity of the service. It also makes instantaneous and automatic stock management possible.
