ABOUT EDF #1 provider of electricity in Europe, 140,000+ employees, €96B Operating Revenue IT IMPLEMENTATION, Operational Excellence (2014 - 2017) Following the redesign of the nuclear plant maintenance worth €1.1B, appointed to lead the implementation of the Asset Suite software package. Managed over 40 people, in three work streams, over three years. • Estimated the costs and tender offers for the entities of EDF willing to get this system • Restructured the project teams and industrialized their operations, achieving cost savings of over €600K PROCESS REDESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION, Supply Chain (2010 – 2013) Reporting to the head of the nuclear division, was asked to redefine and deploy the new €500M-per-year spare parts procurement and repair processes. Coordinated three consulting firms over three years. • Led a 9-people task force during six months to recover €33M worth of lost stock • Implemented both processes two months in advance, and increased by 15% the spare parts repaired TURNAROUND CONTRACT MANAGER, Operations (2009 – 2010) Following a crisis with a critical supplier, was asked to intervene to rescue a €21M contract • Turned around the suppliers’ R&D and operation units by establishing an action plan and coaching the staff • Found the right pace and recovered height months over an initial one-year delay
