I am responsible for the Pre-Sales team focused on Microsoft Copilot solutions for France within the Technology Organization. As a Solution Leader, my role is to structure and operationalize my team to align with Microsoft’s business requirements. We engage in discussions with customers to support their digital transformation through innovative IA solutions (Copilot M365, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, Gemini etc..)

Working on multiple project implementing Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Azure infrastructure (Hyper V, Terraform…) • Conduct workshops and webinars to assist clients and stakeholders with cloud technologies and Gen AI concepts.

• Working closely with customers to identify and implement effective technical solutions that align with their business objectives. • Demonstrated ability to impact the finance sector of a major French bank through effective collaboration with the team, resulting in the acquisition of new accounts and increased revenue. • Utilized my sales expertise to convince clients and drive sales growth in the HR sector by improving employee experience, resulting in increased customer retention and satisfaction.

- Streamline SFR's software development processes to reduce errors, shorten development cycles, and increase software quality. - Implementation of a new monitoring system for a major telecommunications provider. This includes selecting appropriate tools and technologies, defining workflows, and establishing metrics to measure success.
