KPI : 100% of project business cases presented to the transformation committee for budget approval were validated (~25 phases for 14 projects validated). Context : The organization began a significant transformation plan in 2022. The digital program manager collaborates with clients to develop the transformation plan, which includes budgeting, planning, prioritization, and ensuring delivery. Main missions : - Ensure the monitoring and reporting of all digital transformation program projects. - Advise project leaders on compelling message sharing to the right audience. - Monitor and advise on the program roadmap and prioritization. - Collaborate with the digital transformation program director to create and monitor the program budget and update projections with the transformation CFO as needed. - Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans to mitigate them, and actively monitor the plans to ensure their effectiveness. - Write and send weekly reports to members if the direction (EXCOM). - Provide committee support and meeting notes (information, decisions, actions). - Collaborate with project leaders to develop project presentations, business cases, KPIs, projections, and plans. As a program manager of the Backend team, I oversee the development of the brand's websites and applications. The Backend team is a sub-division of the digital department, comprising approximately 30 professionals. My role entails liaising directly with the Backend Director and collaborating with other departments such as editors, broadcast, and product. Moreover, I am responsible for communicating with top management to ensure that the team's work meets the company's objectives. KPI : +30 to 50% increase in velocity for each product team between the start and end of the mission. "Les Entrepreneuriales"​ is a free "learn by doing"​ program that aims to raise students' awareness of entrepreneurship in parallel with their current studies. Students are willing to set up their businesses or startups or are interested in entrepreneurship work with other students on their projects. The mix of competencies in project teams is a crucial point of the program; the students are invited to go "out of their school/University." Project teams are assisted by voluntary coaches, experts (attorneys, chartered accountants, business developers and entrepreneurs, Each month, they are invited to discuss entrepreneur issues in workshops and events. In five months, they must produce a business plan and defend it before a professional Jury.
