I accompanied a portfolio of diverse clients (SMEs, associations, hospitals, accounting firms) on their IT issues, ensuring both support, infrastructure administration, and technical project management. My role involved working on a shared-time basis, with a schedule defined by each company (ranging from a few hours per week to several days per month). IT project management for a hospital – Virtualization of servers with ESXi and Hyper-V. – Complete overhaul of the Wi-Fi network to improve coverage and stability. – Replacement of servers and modernization of the IT park. – Implementation of dedicated fiber and creation of a second server room for disaster recovery. – Client support and retention – Upon my arrival, several clients were considering terminating their contracts due to a lack of transparency and satisfaction. – Thanks to a proactive approach and quality human contact, no client left PR2I after my arrival, and several contracts were even extended or strengthened.

I founded my own web agency, initially focused on website hosting before expanding my offerings to website creation, custom development, and graphic design. This entrepreneurial adventure allowed me to acquire technical and commercial versatility, as well as a deep understanding of client needs. Notable achievements: – Creating and managing a web agency, transitioning to EURL in 2010. – Developing a custom CMS in PHP (7000 lines of code, blog features, updates, writing, gallery), before migrating to WordPress to optimize project management. – Automating deployments with Bash scripts, including the installation of Apache Vhosts, automated WordPress updates, and an intelligent backup system (incremental, FTP transfer, disk space management). – Working as a subcontractor for agencies, notably Bobell's Paradise, creating print visuals (business cards, flyers, posters, vehicle wraps). – Collaborating with Ëroik, an energy drink brand, for website design, can packaging, posters, flyers, and rally car wrapping.

Integrated into the Ops team responsible for the Orange.fr search engine, I participated in the deployment and management of the search engine's online launches within a full Linux/CentOS infrastructure, organized into Dev, Preprod, and Prod. Production deployment: – Wrote custom deployment scripts in Perl or Bash. – Validated deployments in Dev, then Preprod, before going into Production in different datacenters. Monitoring and maintenance of web servers: – Supervised with Nagios and custom probes developed in-house. – Managed incidents related to application services (Apache, search engine, OS).

First significant experience as a system administrator within a software publisher deploying its solutions on-site at its clients. I was responsible for the administration and support of Windows servers and client workstations, focusing on optimizing infrastructures and reducing costs. Key missions: – Administration and deployment of Windows Server 2003/2008 (Active Directory, SCVMM, Hyper-V). – Installation and maintenance of client infrastructures, independently or in pairs (migrations, Windows domain configurations, etc.). – Implementation of an OpenVPN server on Ubuntu, replacing a costly and disparate low-bandwidth connection system. – Drastic reduction of connection costs (removal of dedicated lines). – Unification and simplification of the connection process to client infrastructures. – Improvement of performance and stability of remote access. Open Source Contribution: Passionate about Linux, I noticed the lack of French documentation on OpenVPN. Therefore, I: – Wrote and published the first OpenVPN documentation in French on the official Ubuntu wiki. – Tested and adapted the configuration for optimal integration on Ubuntu. – Received numerous feedback and questions, strengthening my expertise and my network in the Open Source community.

First immersion in the professional IT world, where I assisted technical teams on various missions: – Installation and administration of servers running Linux (RHEL5) with Apache, PHP, MySQL, as well as Microsoft Windows 2003 servers. – User support (hotline and on-site technical assistance). – Hardware maintenance: disassembly, reassembly, formatting, and reinstallation of computers. – Field intervention: independent mission to diagnose and repair a faulty switch. – Writing user documentation to facilitate the handling of systems.
