I lead the marketing and communication strategy for PAUSE Group, a rapidly growing hospitality collective that includes several brands across wellness, dining, and leisure. From digital marketing to branding, I oversee the full 360° strategy for multiple venues — ensuring coherent brand identities, strong online visibility, and consistent growth. I manage content production, paid advertising, partnerships, and community engagement, while coordinating launches, creative campaigns, and cross-brand communication. This role allows me to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with founders and teams to support the expansion of each brand and strengthen the group’s presence in Bali’s competitive hospitality landscape.

I had the opportunity to lead the full launch of Sokkool Coliving & Coworking a truly enriching and challenging project. From overseeing the final construction works, recruiting the team, and setting up suppliers, to handling finance, partnerships, marketing, communication, and the entire commercial launch, I managed every step of the opening process. This project gave me the chance to touch all aspects of a business launch and was an incredible learning experience.
