– En tant que consultant externe de la société Alpinéo, Alexis a eu le rôle de Chef de projet IT de la gestion documentaire pour un nouvel ERP – Contexte – Dans le cadre de la mise en place de l'ERP Guidewire, il s'agit d'adapter la production de documents, le traitement des communications entrantes et leur stockage dans l'outil Documentum. – Le périmètre du projet de Gestion Documentaire est de générer des nouvelles communications et documents contractuels vers les clients, de les stocker, les partager vers d'autres applications de la Vaudoise, et de traiter aussi les communications entrantes des clients. – Missions – Management de projet (délais, budget, ressources, risques, reporting) lors de la phase de Cadrage (Inception) puis de la phase de Construction des solutions (Build). – Lors de la phase de Cadrage: activités de kick off, lancement des ateliers de spécifications, utilisation des outils et méthodes du PMO, livraisons finales du périmètre par EPIC JIRA, du planning et des dépendances, du plan des ressources et du budget détaillé – Lors de la phase de BUILD: mise en place de l'organisation des processus et des instances de pilotage opérationnel, séances de kick off, mise en place des indicateurs de suivi et de baselines de référence. Aussi des actions de micro-management de sujets techniques critiques. – Passation de témoin à une cheffe de projet interne, et fin de mission en tant que consultant externe

– En tant qu'externe à travers la société Keyteo, dans le Domaine IT Corporate Solutions: Alexis participe comme chef de projet / BA / formateuro aux projets suivants: – mise en place de la signature électronique des contrats en Suisse et dans les marchés internationaux (300 utilisateurs) – mise en place du module Finance et Comptabilité de MS Dynamics 365 Business Central pour la Fondation AP – mise en place des processus de PMO IT dans l'outil de gestion des projets Orchestra et d'une cellule de support à 100 utilisateurs – mise en place de RPA Power Automate pour automatiser des taches manuelles (business case et POC) – reprise de la maintenance du CLM Jaggaer One et de support aux utilisateurs – mise en place d'une GED pour les documents RH des employés – participation à la mise en place d'un superviseur de sûreté physique pour la nouvelle manufacture

– Convince prospects of the suitability of TXT Software solution regarding their needs in supply chain improvements thanks to APS (Advanced Planning Systems). – Prospects were in the following sectors: fashion, retail, luxury and CPG.

In the management consultancy branch of Cap Gemini, called Gemini Consulting at that time, I was responsible for delivering methodologies for ERP implementation and supply chain diagnostics

As part of the software company called Numetrix (then bought by JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Oracle), I implemented supply chain planning tools called APS (Advanced Planning Systems) for plant scheduling, master and S&OP planning) in manufacturing industries in France, Spain and the Netherlands.
