BNP Paribas (IT Production Department ITPS that manages the main data center of the bank, 2 500 employees, 600 M EUR yearly costs) 6 month consultancy in the finance department to provide assistance on both budget and cost invoicing processes (ABC Model).

International IT Department (Paris, 120 persons across 5 competence centers across 3 continents, 35 M EUR costs, Sept. 2007 – Feb. 2009; Position: Financial controller) I was in charge of the following activities: - Financial reporting process (monthly closing, forecast...) - Costs invoicing: competence center’s internal invoicing, cost analysis, contract management services (development, support and hosting services). - Management of budget process across both the international IT department (16 cost centers with multiple currencies) and 20 country’s IT departments; activity based costing approach. Accor Servicios (Mexico city, 650 employees, 70 M USD turnover, Jan.- Jun. 2007, Position: Consultant in Finance department) I did provide consultancy services in Finance department: - Audit of G/L booking entries set up of mains operations to prepare the ERP implementation. - Functional audit of finance IT systems (bank reconciliation module, client ledgers) and specification of changes to be done by IT department.

I was in charge of both IT Department (4 persons) and a team dedicated to production process and cost control (8 persons); I was also Project Director to implement the Brazilian “TecFood” ERP (Production process, Purchasing, Logistic and Finance).

I worked for Esys Montenay, subsidiary of Vivendi. Global IS implementation project in client-server architecture. As Project manager of the non contractual activity, I was in charge of the implementation of 2 applications: a quotation & invoicing software (80000 quotations a year, turnover: 450 MF, 300 end users), and a commercial, financial and accounting software.
