Dashlane is a password manager that allows users to securely store, generate, and autofill credentials. It encrypts sensitive data (passwords, payment information, secure notes) using AES-256 encryption and offers multi-factor authentication. Available on desktop, mobile, and as a browser extension, Dashlane also provides features like password health analysis, secure sharing, and dark web monitoring. I was part of the Sharing & Vault team, which handles the core data management layer of Dashlane. This includes managing the user's Vault: creating, updating, deleting, and securely sharing credentials.

- Regular operational and security checks, including backups and restores, user accounts, vulnerabilities, DRP simulations - Maintenance of the production platform, asset management, administration of office automation tools; - Preparation and conduct of follow-up meetings with customers, reporting and follow-up of ticket processing of tickets (investigation, resolution, validation, deployment, etc.) - For the management of operational incidents, ensure the first level of reaction and response, including opening the incident ticket and the first internal actions (escalation), and take an active part in the follow-up of the ticket processing, especially in the communication with customers; - Automated non-regression tests for QA purposes, maintenance of scripts and test databases, regular execution and qualification of errors encountered; (Cypress) - Participation in the design and development of the front-end of the platform that is to become the global "B2C marketplace" for Air Duty Free products and services; (ReactJS / Typescript / Redux / Webpack) In all these functions, participation in the documentation effort and constant compliance with security constraints.
