The objective of the project is to decommission the current self-BI DWH and rebuild all reportings with Datalake solutions and internal Data visualization tool. As Product Owner my responsibilities/objectives are: – Data products definition and structuration by Epics and User Stories to have them carried out by the Squad. – Roadmap definition and follow up according to the User Stories. – Define Business data collection needs (SQL batch, APIs) from several booking application to Société Générale datalake. – Definition of the Trade Finance Data Models in order to normalize of the applicatives data into. – Datalake structuration and feeding of its different layers from RAW to Business Object Views (normalization) to Shared Usage Views (enrichment) and Usage Views. – Reporting: train and accompany a set of Report Builders to reproduce existing Reports in the in-house SG DataViz tool. – Data Quality: identification with Business of data anomalies. Control Definition and Implementation in the DataLake. – Artificial Intelligence: work with Data Scientist to implement Machine Learning models to improve our data patrimony quality (Rule based + Random Forest & Deep learning on text recognition).

Data Office Project Management Officer. Missions: – Project portfolio management: budget allocation and follow-up. Follow-up of data projects deliveries versus expectations. – Data Projects maturity assessment (Quality, Personal Data Protection, Architecture principles, ...) – Accompaniment of our Business Unit on the identification of Data & Al use cases. – Make dashboards for Business Unit with the Capex and/or needed skills. – Show and train our data community on the latest Société Générale technologies for Data Visualization.

Project: implementation of a Self BI DataWarehouse and build dashboards. Missions: – Define business data analytics needs. – Identification of the needed data to be collected. – Structuration of the Usage Views. – Build the dashboards as required in the Business Needs.

Project: – Implementation of a new Core Banking system to manage customer data, products and payment channels. Activities: – Roadmap definition and follow-up, capacity planning, risks identification and action plans. – Metrics performance dashboard development. – Automation of project management data using VBA jobs.

– Implementation of business standardized planning. – Creation of the resource capacity planning. – Implementation of project monitoring dashboards. – Setting up coordination meetings between trades and animation.

– (Megane & Scenic) – Coordinator and Entrance Gate Leader for serial life projects implemented in Turkey, Russia, India and Argentina. – Projects follow up at Corporate level in coordination with local Schedule Engineers.
