Pre Series Launch Managment (Production-Logistic-Quality) and Project Manager to transfer the production from Europe to South America.

Objekt: Exterieur Parts made of cold formed sheet metal for a commercial vehicle cab • Planning-Conception-Implementation of production systems with fully automated production processes • Project organization and team building • Lead of 6 to 8 people for concerned sub projects • Budget and investment controlling • Responsible for time and cost of the project as well as for reporting to the OEM (member of Volkswagen group) • Technology consulting and process optimization • PPAP coordination and proceeding to get Serial release

Managing the whole business, aquire new project, supporting Automotive supplier companies as a interim manager and/or technical expert for APQP as well as product launch provess steps.(come back tp target/timing/quality and cost requirements) Generate projects in "PPAP one shot" business cases.

Launch Management – Exterieur Parts from carbon or glass fiber reinforced plastics for sport-car and commercial vehicle industry - Obtaining a QM process and workflow for new projects in the production (QM-audits and process validation) - Tool evaluation, optimization, action planning & release - Specification and Implementation of reliable production processes - Coordination of trial mass production and staff training exercise’s (development support) - Interdisciplinary lead of the internal project teams, specification and release jigs, devices and other staff for the production. - Internal and external coordination in terms of approval and Run@Rate - Process definition for „Lessons Learned“ and Escalation Management - Action controlling & internal / external reporting

- Annual Sales TO exceeding 18 Mio.€ - Acquisition of new projects and reporting - Project management until SOP and during ramp-up as well as for AM - Budgeting, sales planning and portfolio forming (Life-cycle management) - Roadmap (strategic planning process) - Contracts, negotiation and final completion
