Wrote the measurement tooling in Python: a static call graph of the full codebase, an authenticated Playwright crawl timing 738 Apex calls across 19 pages, a debug-log parser (1,700+ logs, per-method SOQL/CPU/callout cost), plus Core Web Vitals capture. The measurements identified pre-render Apex execution and external callout latency as poor performance causes. Documented the evidence per finding. • Wrote the diagnostic report and remediation backlog: 14 fixes (8 quick wins, 6 structural), sized at 21–30 dev-days, each with a before/after acceptance criterion tied to a metric. • Designed the logging architecture (Nebula Logger): error taxonomy, correlation between the reference ID shown to users and the stored log, instrumentation on hot paths. 12 user stories, instrumentation delivered first so fixes could be verified against real telemetry. • Built an LWC sales dashboard for leadership: account coverage, weighted pipeline, commit/best-case split, win rate, pipeline by source, coverage simulator.
