Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and tracking the performance of logistics operations against established benchmarks and targets. • Inventory Management: Optimizing inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Implementing inventory management best practices such as demand forecasting, safety stock optimization etc. • Technology Integration: Leveraging technology solutions such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to automate processes and improve visibility and control over logistics operations. • Training and Development: Providing training and support to logistics staff on best practices, new technologies, and process improvements. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and fostering employee engagement and empowerment. • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identifying opportunities to reduce costs throughout the logistics supply chain. Implementing cost-saving measures such as route optimization, carrier rate negotiation, and consolidation of shipments. • Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating risks related to logistics operations, such as disruptions in transportation, supplier issues, and inventory shortages. • Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Designing Effective Prompts: Create and test different prompt structures to determine which ones yield the best responses from AI models. Ensure prompts are clear, concise, and tailored to specific tasks or applications. Optimizing Prompts: Analyze the performance of various prompts and iteratively improve them based on feedback and results. Use techniques like prompt chaining (where multiple prompts are used in sequence) to enhance outcomes. Understanding Model Behavior: Study how AI models interpret and generate text in response to different prompts. Identify and mitigate biases or inaccuracies in the model's responses.

• Directing all warehouse operations by supervising and planning the overall development of the warehouse and warehouse staff • Delivery of Finished Goods to the customers including export shipments • Plan the daily manpower capacity based on inbound and outbound volumes • Ensure stock integrity and managing the stock loss • Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the department to ensure efficiency and optimum productivity • Maintaining standards of health, safety and security in the work environment • Working closely with the Sales team to meet customer expectations • Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the warehouse
