Client: Richemont As an Integration Architect within the Integration Center of Enablement which is the central core of all integration topics of Richemont Group Technology worldwide, I’m responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration of various systems and applications within the organization. Ensuring that all systems are seamlessly connected and function efficiently together, enabling streamlined business processes and enhanced data sharing. My role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, enterprise architects, business analysts, and external vendors, to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions. Expertise in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and synchronous APIs is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Design integration solutions that are scalable, secure by design, and maintainable. - Define integration architecture standards, guidelines and best practices, with a focus on EDA and synchronous APIs. - Leverage EDA to enable real-time data processing and reactive systems. - Utilize synchronous APIs to facilitate immediate data exchange between systems. - Lead the creation of Canonical Data Models that uses ubiquitous language to present data entities and relationships in the simplest possible form throughout a company - Promote the adoption of EDA and synchronous API best practices across the organization. As a Solution Architect within the Innovation Team at Valeo Mobility Tech Center, I was responsible for the design (both application and infrastructure) of all solutions within the innovation domain, particularly the implementation of the PAAK (Phone As A Key) solution based on the CCC (Car Connectivity Consortium) standard. Key Responsibilities: - ⁠Technical Lead: • Define and develop processes: configuration management, design, and testing strategy. • Build a DevOps team (4 devs, 1 devops, 1 QA). • Operational follow-up the dev team. • Ensure the correct implementation of solutions and adherence to the established architecture. • Ensure compliance with corporate tools usage and the company's cybersecurity rules. - ⁠Front-end/Back-end/Cloud Architecture: • Functional modeling (use cases, sequences, activities...). • Dynamic modeling (data flows, internal and external). • Technical architecture (Infrastructure based on AWS, databases, and interfaces). - Interactions with stakeholders: • Interact with Project Managers by conducting business development with partners, system architects… • Gather requirements by analyzing the system and its requirements. • Validate, monitor quality and delivery deadlines with suppliers. • Estimate workload and validate quotes with service providers. • Improve the IT/IS resource request process.

Project: Redesign and digitization of Dalkia's information system Description: Within the Dalkia digital teams, my mission consist on designing a service-oriented architecture to support DALKIA in its digital transformation while ensuring a transition with the Legacy Mission: • Choice of the architecture (pattern) to put in place according to the context (border) of the data; • Design of microservices: o Use cases; o Data model; o Call-Flows; o Design of intefaces contracts (swagger "OpenAPI Specification"). • Contribution to the establishment of an APIM (amazon); • Connector design (Kingdom-Emissary pattern) to retrieve partner data (Computerized Maintenance Management System: CMMS); • Authentication choice based on context (OAuth2, OpenId Connect); • Writing functional specifications. • Establishing an domain roadmap. Client: A world leader in boiler manufacturing Project: Advice for choosing an IoT platform Presentation : The client wanted to set up an IoT platform allowing: - The collection of data (use, technical) of appliances (boilers) installed at their customers (individuals, professionals); - remote monitoring of devices; - Customers to perform remote commands on their devices (view, start, turn off). Mission: The mission was to: - Participation in workshops to define the users stories constituting the scope of work; - Contribute to the writing of the Request For Proposal; - Writing the scope of work based on user stories; - Target macro architecture proposal.

Project : Service Platforms (Fixed-line and Mobile Phone) Presentation: Within the fixed-line and mobile phone Service Platforms department , the solution architect is mainly involved in the preparation for the implementation of the project and the design phase of the solution. It ensures that the solution meets the needs and is compatible with existing or future related systems. Mission/Tasks : • Carry out feasibility studies on service needs from clients, impacting the service platforms Socle (NoSQL client database), Fixed (IPTV) & Mobiles (data access platforms, identification/authentication platforms, micro payment ...); • Write functional specifications (user requirements and detailed interface specifications) for suppliers (in French or English); • In collaboration with the Project Managers, the Technical Architects and the testing team, participate in the development of the planning and the verification of the overall test strategy; • Provide functional support to all teams involved in the project throughout its duration; • Maintain the reference documentation for the Fixed-line & Mobile Service platforms; • Operational framing of customer needs within a program release for a commitment to deadlines; • Manage the development of the global planning (multi suppliers) until the release of the version; • Ensure that vigilance points are raised and alerts are issued.

Project : Data and Content Billing (Billing, mediation, real time charging and policy rules) - Working closely with marketing to ensure the project meets business needs; - Traducing business needs to a functional solutions; - Approving technical solutions with software design engineers; - Defining and planning the strategy of functional tests and negotiate with management to acquire the necessary resources; - Establishing the test objectives and organizational test policies; - Developing and maintaining a detailed test plan; - Validating the new functional change requests/updates; - Coordinating the partners and working groups engaged in project work; - Providing status reports to the project director.
