As CTO, I managed the full technology stack (hardware & software) for a healthtech platform. On the back end, I designed robust APIs (FHIR) and microservices, integrated external systems (e.g., hospital information systems), and managed cloud infrastructure with high availability and scalability. On the hardware side, I led the deployment of sensors in medical cabinets and the development of embedded firmware (C++). I ensured the platform complied with European health data regulations (GDPR, EHDS), implementing strict access controls and compliance processes. I oversaw the full prototyping-to-production cycle (3D printing, PCB design) and played a key role in fundraising and in establishing partnerships with major healthcare organizations such as AP-HP and Ramsay Santé.

Designed and deployed microservices architecture on AWS to support a scalable career-guidance platform. Led the migration from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes (EKS), improving reliability, resilience, and scalability. Built CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles and ensure consistent deployments. Implemented Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, enabling reproducible and automated environments. Integrated Kafka and Elasticsearch for real-time analytics and advanced search capabilities. Developed an AI-powered matching engine to align user skills with career paths, significantly enhancing the platform’s personalization. Collaborated closely with product owners and data scientists to align technical solutions with business objectives.

As an IoT Engineer at GRDF in Paris, I contributed to the national rollout of the 169 MHz IoT network for smart gas metering. My work included testing and validating IoT devices, ensuring interoperability between meters, gateways, and backend platforms, and supporting field coverage campaigns. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize data transmission reliability and security, helping scale GRDF’s IoT infrastructure across France.
