– Implementation and configuration of physical and virtual servers via Hyper-V, including installation of operating systems, network configuration, performance optimization, and management of virtual machines according to ACCOR standards. – Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of PCs, printers and other peripherals, while providing local technical support to users. – Administration and management of wired and Wi-Fi networks, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Cisco and ARUBA equipment as well as user access management. – Configuration and management of VingCard electronic lock systems using VisionLine software, including installation, access programming, and technical troubleshooting. – Administration and management of the hotel's PABX telephone system, including line configuration and extension management. – Configuration and management of IPTV systems for rooms via the Otrum platform

– Maintenance and configuration of Software, Hardware and Networks (Cisco and PABX), Help Desk for staff and customers, on-site and remotely. – Use of various monitoring tools for the configuration and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers and Cisco switches. – Ensure daily data backup. – Supervision and maintenance of equipment in the hotel's Data Center. – Administration and management of wired and Wi-Fi networks, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Cisco equipment as well as user access management. – Configuration and management of PERSEO electronic lock systems including installation, acce,ss programming, and technical problem solving. – Administration and management of the hotel's PABX telephone system, including line configuration and extension management.
