- Drafting, negotiating, approving and monitoring various contracts under the supervision of the team's lawyers (subcontracting, supply, project management, etc.). - Advising the operational management of plants in France and abroad and the property department under the supervision of the team's lawyers - Drafting, in French and English, all types of dispute resolution, both amicable and contentious: mediation, arbitration, administrative or judicial litigation, etc. - Advising operational staff on how to handle contentious situations and participating in raising awareness among operational staff on issues relating to the prevention of litigation - Conducting research into all matters relating to the Departments' business activities Contributing to the - Departments' legal watch.

- Validation of communication and marketing operations across all media (TV, internet, social networks, posters, etc.) - Drafting and negotiating various contracts (commercial contracts, service contracts, service contracts, logistics contracts, partnership contracts, purchase of rights, etc ;) - Intellectual property: advice to operational staff, prior art searches, assistance with opposition cases, etc. - Drafting of legal notes and research on a variety of subjects (competition, consumer affairs, contracts, compliance (GDPR, anti-trust, etc.), etc ;) - Active contribution to the team's knowledge management (legal and regulatory watch, documentation, databases, etc.) - Legal watch, creation of a newsletter for the department - Participation in the roll-out of a contract management tool (CLM) Digitisation of contracts and translations
