ACCOR Joined Accor’s Procurement Transformation team as project & change manager following the centralization of administrative tasks in a shared service centre: Project management: project framing & leading including workshops, solutions design & implementation Change management: integration of change management strategies to guarantee smooth changes while optimizing adoption within teams and countries during transition phases Project governance including Steering Committee preparation, meetings management & workshops preparation & facilitation RATP The executive management team wanted to improve visibility & management of the preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games within the RATP Group Workshops preparation & animation: C-level interviews to define project management needs per stream, actions mapping with related stakeholders and deadlines Project Mapping: developed a visual management tool to categorize all actions for each stream, ensuring comprehensive project mapping and alignment Monitoring tools: definition & construction of visual monitoring tools to effectively track actions progress & performance Project Governance including monthly steering committees' organization including supporting document preparation, presentation minutes & individual action follow-up

- Coordination team in a fast-past environment, including management of peak activity periods - Support teams in solving complex problems with a "customer first" approach - Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators - Team structuring (including recruitment) - Identify training needs (onboarding, ongoing training) and create associated content

- Carried out legwork for market analyses: research on main competitors, potential clients and market interpretations - Took part to the European project H2020 (GIESEPP Program): creation of official reports and standard bid documents, meetings preparation, upkeep of internet tools (LinkedIn, official website, social media) - Supported the team to prepare exhibits and booths presence for conferences

- Contributed to financial analyses: profitability calculation, financial simulations for future investment plans - Participated in the internal and external communication: financial and contractual (to the French State) reports, updates of financial documentations (bond program) - Built a market study on main competitors and on comparable businesses - Helped on the development of mandatory reports on civil engineering projects
