• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements • Assist the PM in drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedule • Prepare project organization and communication charts • Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner • Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log • Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval • Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database • Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained • Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude • Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

• Coordination of passive and active site audit in PH and Abuja region (1000 MTN sites) • Bidding, pre-sale support, contract negotiation and technical clarification of all company's project • Resolve problems and protest concerning bids solicitation, contract award or contract performance as the need arises • Tracking progress of work on site to actualize project schedule • General sites commissioning and handling over to customer (FAC) • Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations • Review daily activity reports from teams and make recommendations to correct irregularities • Preparation of sites' daily and weekly progressive and quality reports to the management • Site setting out, re-enforcement arrangement, wood work, tower erection and site earthing system • Coordination of design, fabrication and installation of several pre-fab shelter for EMTS and MTN • Coordination of PHCN installation on 40 airtel sites across Port-Harcourt region • Coordination of PHCN installation on 50 EMTS sites across in Lagos and Ibadan region • Preparation of change Request and submit to customer for endorsement • Coordinates the reverse logistic of obsolete equipment and decommissioned materials to warehouse

• Building and Installation of turnkey cell site • Plan the logistics of mobilization of personnel, materials & equipment to site • Preparation of technical documents and supervise the preparation of site-built projects • Supervision of Shelter installation, reticulation, transformer installation and ATS integration • Installation of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and Change Over Switch for GSM BTS Sites • Coordination of detailed TSS on civil and PHCN on BTS sites • Made recommendations to improve design, construction means and methods and materials based on field or changing conditions • Performed constructability reviews consisting of independent, structured assessment of construction bid documents to ensure coordination, eliminate ambiguity and minimize project issues
