As the first Product Designer at OutThink, I was responsible for establishing design foundations across the product from a fragmented starting point. I unified work produced by multiple external agencies into a cohesive system, introduced structure where none existed, and partnered closely with product and engineering to bring clarity to complex, security-driven workflows across dashboards, learning experiences, and public-facing surfaces. Alongside hands-on design, I helped elevate the role of design within the organization. As design impact became visible, the team invested further, growing into a multi-designer setup working collaboratively across initiatives. My focus remained on reducing cognitive load, enabling confident user decisions, and ensuring design functioned as a strategic input, not just visual execution.

Responsible for all applications experiences across Smaato - Contributed to the whole Verve Group future of design. - Developed wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate product ideas and features to stakeholders - Analyzed user feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and inform product decisions - Collaborated with developers to ensure product designs are implemented accurately and consistently - Created style guides that improved product design consistency across all platforms - Developed interactive animations and visuals that enhanced user engagement and improved user understanding of complex products

After graduating from the same academy with a mark of 99/100 in my final year project, I was selected to teach other students UI principals. After running 12 courses successfully, we are now holding the 13th comprehensive course in a new way in the form of 20 interactive webinars and 13 videos. In this course, topics in accordance with international academies will be taught in parallel with the practical project work and with the actual experiences of the Spiral Design Center, and at the end, projects will be judged by the country's leading digital product designers. KARZAR.NET is the biggest and most popular petition signing platform in the Middle East, serving more than 25 Million Active Users. At Karzar, I was responsible for all the decisions made in the design team and the development and implementation of several new user-facing features. I worked with the product and development teams to integrate new and satisfying journey map for users, as well as the petition authors and administrators. My most rewarding experience in this engagement has been redesigning the whole petition submitting process, focusing on a user-centered design, which led to a 84% increase in process completion by authors Responsibilities: • Decide on technologies to use on website/app • Design user interface and implementation of it • Design user experience and product tree • Develop landing pages for our campaigns • Lead the product team with tasks and roadmaps
