Supporting entrepreneurs in structuring their finance function: implementing management accounting, developing activity and cash flow monitoring dashboards, building business plans, etc. Supporting entrepreneurs in executing financial transactions: entry and exit of partners, holding company creation and executing an OBO, making investments, applying for bank loans, etc.

Supporting entrepreneurs and SME executives in the context of sale, acquisition, or restructuring transactions for companies valued between €10 million and €100 million (small-mid cap). Participation in the preparation and execution of more than ten mandates: - Drafting marketing materials (IM, teaser) or the LOI, depending on the type of process, - Building financial models (P&L adjustments, valuation, BP, synergies, deal structures, dilutions), - Identifying buyers/investors to contact or potential targets, depending on the type of process, - Preparing executives for Management Presentations and Q&A sessions, - Managing the data room and coordinating due diligences. Participation in mandate origination: preliminary analysis of targets and/or potential clients, preparing pitches, and conducting regular screenings (sector monitoring, market studies).

Assisting start-ups in M&A and fundraising transactions, both in the preparation and execution phases, and sourcing support opportunities

Supporting entrepreneurs and leaders of impact start-ups in the context of sale transactions or fundraising rounds for companies valued between €2 million and €20 million (seed / series A). Carrying out ad-hoc assignments for entrepreneurs and incubators / investment funds: outsourced CFO services, business plan development/analysis, finance function structuring, training, etc.

Responsible for accounting and reporting tasks for the accounts payable of several group subsidiaries, including monthly VAT returns and various year-end closing tasks.
