Retail client: • Run workshops to identify data and IA use cases : Scope, Evaluate the complexity, feasibility and ROI of use cases, estimation of costs, make or buy recommendation • Build a roadmap for use case implementation Pharmaceutical industry • Map and describe R&D Pharmaceutical processes using BPMN standard, identify generated data • Organize and facilitate workshops to identify levers of data driven performance and transformation of business processes • Prioritize use cases and build roadmap and recommendations • Create an internal organization dedicated to generate data use cases through process mapping to industrialize the above approach • Manage a data scientist team to build decision support tool for blood anomalies identification Banking industry • Creation of a data/IA strategy approach from data mapping to prioritization of use cases.

Support the organization and structuring of a Data program (SNCF Réseau) • Diagnosis and recommendations on data governance and IS performance • Construction of the program’s Data and IS roadmap (2020 - 2025) • Build processes and ways of working to improve program operation • Link business needs to IT priorities • Support the program director on daily steering activities
