MISSION: Manage & control the quality of all group purchased products In charge of: Cosmetics products, Merchandising items, Furniture for all 4 brands Manage the controlling team & continuous improvement team - 8 to 10 people depending on the season - Cost center management - Full re-organisation of the team after 3 months Deal with more than 40 different suppliers from all other the world - Negotiate quality specifications & range/defect boards - Manage specific action plans on non-compliant suppliers Ensure continuous improvement - Research the root causes of customer claims & non-conformities - Implement & check efficiency of preventive action plans - On a daily basis, research efficiency improvement process & implement them Results: Successful team reorganisation, negotiations with key suppliers achieved, satisfaction of our internal customers.

MISSION: Build a strong operational base in order to support the brand & business growth In charge of: Packaging, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain, and New Product Development Manage the Korean team to implement necessary evolutions - Build the team through training & hiring (from 3 to 6 people) - Create routines & tools specifically adapted to the local culture & the company size Create a quality management system - Standardisation of controls & non-compliancy levels - Range boards & defect boards creation & negotiation with suppliers - Non-compliancy & action plan management: continuous improvement with suppliers Sustain rapid growth of the brand through product creation - Define the key process for product development steps in Korea - Pilot retroplannings & development teams coordination - Control product profitability before launch Results: 120 products launched in 2 years, shop opening in April 2015. Increased productivity: from 1 to 20 orders managed every month

MISSION: Manage an acquired & emerging brand supply chain and the other group logistic projects Design supply chain process for a start-up brand (Erborian) - Implement & operate transition process after acquisition (data, forecasts, planning) - Prepare SAP Go-Live for the brand & integration in all the group process Manage group supply chain projects - B2B stock transfer with huge business impacts & change management - Continuous improvement on all supply chain processes

Under the responsibility of the International Logistics Director, I managed various projects of change/performance/continuous improvement regarding the company's logistics, and managed 1 assistant. 1. Layout and organisation of the new group central warehouse (12000m2, started operating in february 2012) - follow-up of the construction planning, adaptation of the building plans to logistics needs - improvement of logistics process and design of the logistic flows inside the building - source and supply logistic equipments (including racks) for 400 kE budget - change management with the logistic teams - communication on the project inside the company 2. Outsourcing of the european logistics solution (4 warehouses and 3 brands grouped in 1 place and 1 process) - Bid preparation and management - Specifications preparation - Coordination with IT teams on interface development - Knowledge management with the previous teams and warehouses to ensure a correct transfer on all specificities - Coordination with legal teams on all contract topics - Management of the physical transfers from previous warehouses to the new one - Operationnal follow-up of the subcontractor for 3 months transition after go-live - Bid and decision on the european carriers from this platform 3. E-commerce warehouse transfer (change of location, keeping the same equipments and teams) - Manage and guide the assistant project manager on this project 4. Emergency project : worldwide shipment of the specific Christmas products on a separate logistic flow due to capacity overload of the existing channel (implementation & management of the solution)
